Ticket availability on site is not guaranteed. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance online via PayPal, using major credit or prepaid cards, even without a PayPal account.
Validity and conditions
- The entrance fee is valid only for the selected date.
- It is not possible to change the date or request a refund.
- It is recommended to carefully check the details at the time of booking.
Accessibility
- People with a recognized disability of more than 75% and a companion can purchase the entrance fee directly on site at a cost of €8 per person.
- There is no wheelchair rental service available.
Children
- Children under 12, accompanied by a parent, do not need to be indicated during the booking.
Access and entrance fee
- After purchase, an order summary will be sent via email.
- You must show it at the entrance, printed or on a smartphone or tablet.
- It is recommended that you take a screenshot of the summary.
- Free car parking is available at the entrance to Mandela's Rooster Castle.
Rules of conduct
It is strictly prohibited:
- Damage monuments, environments, flora and fauna
- Moving away from the group during the visit
- Dogs are allowed on a maximum 1.5 m leash and provided with bags for their droppings.
